LAUGHTER DANCE® combines movement, laughter, rhythm and playful connection in a simple and accessible way. No dance experience is needed. The combination of movement, breathing, laughter and music creates energy, emotional connection and lightness — even for people who normally find it difficult to access joy, playfulness or relaxation.

About Heike Müller
Heike Müller is a certified Laughter Yoga Teacher trained by Dr. Madan Kataria in Bangalore, India. After the introduction of the original Bollywood Laughter Yoga Dance by Dr. Kataria and Paola Soares in Germany, she was entrusted with bringing this joyful movement experience into the German-speaking world.
Over the years, she developed the LAUGHTER DANCE® system with:

- and international presentations
Today, LAUGHTER DANCE® is practiced by participants, trainers and communities in different settings and countries.
